Marcus Beach House Design

The architect inform that the basic plan of the Marcus Beach house was sketched out in the sand during an early site visit: a simple diagram of two pavilions placed either side of a venerable Morton Bay ash that stands as a cynosure to the scale, proportions and life of the house around it. The pavilions are linked by a transparent bridge in an arrangement that opens all the rooms to light, space and garden views of the north. While the eastern pavilion is a children’s and services zones, the main pavilion accommodates living spaces focused around a double-height deck space. The parents’ retreat above is accessed via a transparent stair tower that is by day a contemplative space and by night, a lantern. Materials are simple and lightweight. Floors are Black Jappaned chipboard; translucent polycarbonate sheeting wraps around the outer wall of the bridge and the staircase. Colour sections refer to the landscape, either through contrast like Chinese red accents, or concurrence in greys, whites and natural weathering timbers.

Corkellis House with Welcoming Interior Layout

The home design below is called Corkellis House; the design inspiration of this home is taken from Scandinavian architecture style. The house was built by Kathryn Tyler of Linea Studio in Cornwall, England. The modern exterior design of the house present an evolution between outdoor area and living area of the house. The interior layout is comfortable indeed with the presence of modern furnishings products and also decoration elements.

Based on the official reviews, “Kathryn designed a Scandinavian-inspired Eco-house to fit into this extremely limited plot. Although built from quite conventional materials, the house itself is far from normal. With a white painted brick ground floor, and a lightweight timber frame first floor, this cubist shell provides the interior designer a chance to show off her flair inside, with cleverly designed zones and beautifully displayed vintage Danish furniture.”

The Hotchkiss Residence was completed by Scott Edwards Architecture, an architect design studio based in Poland. The house is located on Columbia riverside in Vancouver, Washington DC. Both the exterior design and interior layout of the house represent the simple plan but very practical. The interior layout also has several contemporary furnishing such as black sofa made of leather coupled with nice coffee table.

The architect explained, “the 1.5 bedroom home responds to amazing views of the river and Mt. Hood beyond. The home, designed by Rick Berry, utilizes the Northwest vernacular, which emphasizes the wood structural system, shields the home from 9 months of rain, and captures winter sunlight. The single slope roof originates over the bedroom and rises to its zenith above the living room. With a budget of $550k, the design is restrained by simplicity, emphases its structural system, compact for an aging client, and built to respond to the quick changing Northwest weather. The home linked by bridges to the owners daughters and sons homes, which sit adjacent, completes the family compound.”

The home features striking exterior view which is resulted from the using of metal material, painted in dark gray color. The house design which is called as VDVT House also has awesome interior layout plus modern furnishing inside. The white color gives the natural and clean accent to the interior layout such as seem on the floor and ceiling. The placement of wide windows gives enough natural daylight supply to the home. The superb exterior bungalow is accentuated by the presence of beautiful pool, adding the modern accent to the building. The interior layout of the bungalow has combination between natural accent and modern style. The flowing made of wood material show the beauty of nature heritage. The bungalow interior has a central point which is represented by a living space, designed in open floor plan, facing to the pool area. Waikopua House with Impressive Interior Layout

Waikopua House is a modern coastal residence which was finished by Daniel Marshall Architects, the house take a location in Waiheke Island, New Zealand. The exterior of the house is accentuated with the nice façade as well as green yard covered by small grasses. The interior layout of the house has natural accent combined with modern style.

The architect described, “the concept evolved from the idea of a family group camping, creating space between the functional nodes. This was particularly important in allowing space for the boats and water to move through the valley to the bay below. This space was utilized to give physical separation to the guest house as well as a garage. The materials and form were chosen to be empathetic to the landscape and fauna. The house is designed to integrate into the landscape – the stone walls were sourced locally, the windows are tinted to limit reflection and the timber upper level stained dark to blend into the bush behind. It has been said that the colour of the New Zealand native bush is black. It was important to activate the spaces around the house giving a progression to enjoy. From the lawn overlooking the sea soaking up the morning light, to the private courtyard, framed by the Nikau grove, catching the last rays in the evening whilst enjoying the outdoor fire.”

The minimalist apartment which is built inside Kungsholmen neighborhood, Stockholm, Sweden faces to the Kronoberg Park. From the balcony of the apartment, the owner can enjoy the beautiful landscape of the park; the balcony is also supplied with enough sun light in entire daytime.
