A4 Estudio has finished a modern home design called as Sobrino House; the house is situated in Mendoza, Argentina. The facade of the house looks quite impressive clade in concrete material with the contemporary accent with the presence of bay windows. The architect explained:

“Facing a complex project where the house is also a workplace, we proposed an organized level where all the living uses and human relations are possible: relax, shelter, contemplation and work. In a topographic operation, all the family activities converges in a common volume that lands on the highest level of the ground and rises 2.5 m from the lowest part. This operation proposes the entry to the house underneath all these activities, stripping at this point the natural slope. Square floor plan, perimeter activities program in relation to the best sunshine light and views, and the circulations related to a central patio that strips the natural slope of the site, structure an eccentric and dens spatiality, where the path ways became the heart of the house. At the top of the house, a system of inverted beams and concrete tensors hold the corbels, exposing the structure as part of the identity of the house“.

The house is designed for inhabited young businessman from Senegal, so the home is presented in such a way in order to cover all family needs. Contemporary Coastal Home Design, Citriodora Residence

A contemporary home design which is located by the Great Ocen Road, Anglesea, Australia is called as Citriodora House. The house design is accentuated by nature environment at the exterior and dominated by wood material within the interior layout. The floor and ceiling is colored in wooden tone, showing the natural accent to the interior design.

About this house project, the designer explained, “Inspired by the affects of the coastal winds, the form of the roof gently rolls, mimicking the shape of the wind pruned coastal vegetation. There is both simplicity and complexity in this building with large negative spaces offering views to the sky, battened screens proving visual privacy to the neighbours and two massive concrete walls forming a prehistoric spine through the middle. A thermal heat soak for the interior that mediates the diurnal temperature variations within the house. The layout of the house is centered around a raised east facing living platform capturing coastal views and connections into the treetops. It is reminiscent of an adult’s tree house“.

Livable Swedish Home Design

The home design is called as Lima House; the house is resulted from the combination between Swedish traditional element and modern architecture master plan. The house which is located in Limavagen, Hollviken, Sweden also features elegance interior layout that is completed with several furnishings. The designer explained,

“From a designer’s point of view this building type is a challenge. A traditional saddle roof is to be combined with a held-back modern design. This leads to challenges around the roof edges. Large glazed sliding doors and crisp dormers require steel reinforcements within the timber frame. The design dissolves the traditional 1,5 story bottom level plan and opens up the structure both over the corners and up through the first floor. Lines-of-sight penetrate the house and the window positions work to frame the scenery on the outside.“

The home design which is located at the edge of Narrabeen Lagoon is surrounded by natural scenery that provide awesome look to the home occupant. The house is designed by architect designer from Choi Ropiha Fighera. The house features leveled façade that overlooks to the natural scenery. The interior layout of the home is accentuated with natural accent such as wood wall and flooring, while the daylight supply is supplied from outdoor sun light that enter through wide bay of the house.

About the house, the designer explain: “the planning is composed to deliberately isolate the occupant from the suburban surrounds to heighten the sense of oasis and privateness. This process begins at the street bringing visitors through a succession of exterior spaces that gradually compress and remove the street context through a composition of fences, full height screens and thresholds. The entry sequence eventually terminates at a solid doorway where the sense of intrigue peaks. Rather than entering into a hallway, one arrives in the courtyard where the full extent of the private domain, the lagoon and island are revealed and any sense of the outside world removed.”

Clean Theme of Apartment Interior

The interior layout of the apartment below looks clean indeed with the domination of white shade. The furnishing selection creates a harmony effect to the current interior theme. The apartment which has total area only 34 sq m is hosted with one room with a kitchen area, bathroom, and hallway, where these spaces symbolize the Scandinavian design. The hallway is designed in minimalist accent and completed with functional storage and has direct connection to the house entrance. The space for shoe rack is provided in adjacent to the front door.
