Marcus Beach House Design

Some of home is designed to be able to communicate with its surrounding, for example the home design called Marcus Beach House which is situated in Queensland, Australia. The house was finished by Bark Design Archit, a design studio from Australia. The interior layout of the Marcus Beach House is dominated by the use of wood material such us on the floor, furnishing and other interior elements.

The architect inform that the basic plan of the Marcus Beach house was sketched out in the sand during an early site visit: a simple diagram of two pavilions placed either side of a venerable Morton Bay ash that stands as a cynosure to the scale, proportions and life of the house around it. The pavilions are linked by a transparent bridge in an arrangement that opens all the rooms to light, space and garden views of the north. While the eastern pavilion is a children’s and services zones, the main pavilion accommodates living spaces focused around a double-height deck space. The parents’ retreat above is accessed via a transparent stair tower that is by day a contemplative space and by night, a lantern. Materials are simple and lightweight. Floors are Black Jappaned chipboard; translucent polycarbonate sheeting wraps around the outer wall of the bridge and the staircase. Colour sections refer to the landscape, either through contrast like Chinese red accents, or concurrence in greys, whites and natural weathering timbers.

Corkellis House with Welcoming Interior Layout

The home design below is called Corkellis House; the design inspiration of this home is taken from Scandinavian architecture style. The house was built by Kathryn Tyler of Linea Studio in Cornwall, England. The modern exterior design of the house present an evolution between outdoor area and living area of the house. The interior layout is comfortable indeed with the presence of modern furnishings products and also decoration elements.

Based on the official reviews, “Kathryn designed a Scandinavian-inspired Eco-house to fit into this extremely limited plot. Although built from quite conventional materials, the house itself is far from normal. With a white painted brick ground floor, and a lightweight timber frame first floor, this cubist shell provides the interior designer a chance to show off her flair inside, with cleverly designed zones and beautifully displayed vintage Danish furniture.”

Batangas House with Contemporary Interior Layout

The exterior of the house is accentuated in minimalist yet modern style. The interior layout of the home shows the contemporary accent which is influenced by the arrangement of every furnishing. Contemporary House Design, Sobrino House

A4 Estudio has finished a modern home design called as Sobrino House; the house is situated in Mendoza, Argentina. The facade of the house looks quite impressive clade in concrete material with the contemporary accent with the presence of bay windows. The architect explained:

“Facing a complex project where the house is also a workplace, we proposed an organized level where all the living uses and human relations are possible: relax, shelter, contemplation and work. In a topographic operation, all the family activities converges in a common volume that lands on the highest level of the ground and rises 2.5 m from the lowest part. This operation proposes the entry to the house underneath all these activities, stripping at this point the natural slope. Square floor plan, perimeter activities program in relation to the best sunshine light and views, and the circulations related to a central patio that strips the natural slope of the site, structure an eccentric and dens spatiality, where the path ways became the heart of the house. At the top of the house, a system of inverted beams and concrete tensors hold the corbels, exposing the structure as part of the identity of the house“.

The house is designed by architect designer from Choi Ropiha Fighera. The house features leveled façade that overlooks to the natural scenery. About the house, the designer explain: “the planning is composed to deliberately isolate the occupant from the suburban surrounds to heighten the sense of oasis and privateness. This process begins at the street bringing visitors through a succession of exterior spaces that gradually compress and remove the street context through a composition of fences, full height screens and thresholds. The entry sequence eventually terminates at a solid doorway where the sense of intrigue peaks. Rather than entering into a hallway, one arrives in the courtyard where the full extent of the private domain, the lagoon and island are revealed and any sense of the outside world removed.”
